KonexForge Labs JSC is committed to transparency about how we collect and use information. This document applies to the website konexforge.com.
1. Information we collect
konexforge.com has no input forms. All contact is via email (mailto:) — information you provide (name, email, enquiry) is sent directly to the team's inbox and does not pass through any of our servers.
The only data stored on your device:
- Theme preference (light/dark mode): stored in your browser's
localStorage, never sent to any server.
2. Third-party services
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may collect technical metadata (anonymised IP, browser, country) per the Cloudflare Privacy Policy. We have not installed any additional tracking scripts or analytics cookies.
3. How we use information
When you contact us by email, we use that information to:
- Respond to consultation requests or Discovery call bookings
- Share project information when requested
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Your rights
You have the right to request:
- Access to any information we hold about you
- Correction or deletion of that information
- Removal from our email communications

5. Data security
All email communications are protected by TLS. Client project information is handled under an NDA signed before engagement begins — the team will sign your NDA on request before the first call.
6. Policy updates
We may update this document when necessary. The latest version is always at konexforge.com/en/privacy. The effective date is shown at the top of the page.

By using konexforge.com, you agree to the following terms:
- Website content (text, design, graphics) is the property of KonexForge Labs JSC.
- Commercial reproduction or use of this content without written consent is not permitted.
- Pricing and service information is indicative — formal contract terms are defined in separately executed agreements.
